Shell Dance is one of the first paintings I did based on the Goddess Walk. While walking on the beach and embodying the Goddess as a spiritual practice, the shells I find have a depth of meaning. I can feel messages of strength, of hope, of beauty and grace despite the ravages of time. Becoming more than mere beach detritus, the pieces are posed with the poise, elegance and dignity they command.
